Hubble's Law is an empirical formula. We use the product of the speed of light and time instead of distance for differentiation, and obtain the theoretical differential equation dV=Wdt. Then, the expansion velocity, radius, total mass, singularity radius, and redshift formula of the universe were calculated, and the gravitational constant was derived and proved to be proportional to the fourth power of cosmic time. The mathematical relationship between lunar laser ranging data and Hubble constant was obtained. This is a newly discovered precise method for measuring the Hubble constant.
