A structured Site Menu improves user experience by making navigation intuitive and speeding up the time it takes users to locate what they're looking for.
Company admins can access the Site Menu setup panel from within the SAP Build Work Zone interface. Here they can see the current menu layout and make adjustments as necessary. Admins have the option to add, remove or reorganize menu items with each item customizable to link to types of content like apps, workspaces or external URLs. Moreover, they can define access permissions for each menu item to ensure users only view content to their roles and permissions. This level of flexibility and control over the Site Menu greatly enhances an efficient user experience.
